Fujitsu launches ScanSnap SV600
The world's most versatile scanner.
The ScanSnap SV600 lets you focus on your business, helping you save
space and manage any type of document with just one touch.
Now you only need one desktop scanner for all your
documents, whether they are bound reports, magazines, or newspaper clippings.
This contactless scanner is ideal for delicate manuscripts,
images, or other valuable documents up to A3 size.
The SV600 is a unique overhead scanner.
Its linear sensor technology scans from front to back,
ensuring that the entire image is in focus for
high-quality results, even at the edges.
Digitize everything easily and efficiently
The multi-cropping option allows you to scan and crop multiple
documents in a single capture and save them in the same file. The
“page turn detection” and “timed scanning” functions
allow users to scan continuously without having to
stop to differentiate between document formats.
Background color removal for objects such as newspapers can be
configured to automatically remove any background color in order to
improve the display of scanned documents on
the screen.
A competitive scanning angle
VI technology integrates the functionality of glass scanners,
camera-type overhead scanners, and smart devices
into a single, compact scanner, enabling unique operability
and high image quality, combined in a single
device.
The movable part of the upper area maintains focus thanks to a
depth-of-focus lens that provides a wide auto-focus area
and a linear CCD image sensor. The high-power LED lamp
provides a bright, even light source.
The moving part of the upper area maintains focus thanks to a
depth-of-focus lens that provides a wide autofocus area
and a linear CCD image sensor. The high-directivity LED lamp
achieves uniform brightness without interference from
adjacent surfaces. In short, the SV600 perfects image quality
and produces a clean image even when scanning from a distance.
When scanning bound reports and books, the all-in-one system
corrects and digitizes as you turn the pages, even
recognizing the orientation automatically. The digitized reports
can then be read by turning the pages, just as you would read
a paper report, manual, or book, thanks to a feature of the
integrated Rack2-Filer Smart software.
