WhatsApp opens its API to the public

Mark Zuckerberg has officially announced the opening of the WhatsApp Cloud API

In his own words, thanks to this, "businesses and developers will be able to build on top of WhatsApp to personalize their experiences and respond to customers quickly and easily."

In this way, any company, regardless of its size or location, will have access to the  WhatsApp Cloud API, to be able to use the messaging platform's services.
