To live is to have time

Dear customers,

On Christmas Eve, we launched an advertising campaign (video in cinemas, print, online, billboards, and television) where our slogan is "TO LIVE IS TO HAVE TIME". This message has become our mission, and as such, we work as a team to achieve it. First, we registered "SOFT LINE, NO PROBLEM," years later: "A GREAT TEAM AT YOUR SERVICE," and a few years ago: "100% EFFECTIVE," all with the goal of offering you the result of our mission: "YOUR PEACE OF MIND."

The key to this whole story isn't the time we dedicate to the work, but the effectiveness and enthusiasm with which we carry it out. As a result, on December 30th we want to convey to all our clients the importance of balancing our work with our family, our hobbies, and ultimately, with our free time. As an example to follow, and fully committed to our motto, we want the members of our great SOFT LINE team to also have new resources to achieve this, because we understand that behind each person there is a personal story and obligations to fulfill that should never be incompatible with work.

For this reason, we are contacting you to inform you of our new business hours starting January 1, 2020.

Monday to Thursday: from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (continuously).

Friday: from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (uninterrupted).

We understand that we are beginning a new phase by applying large doses of common sense and generosity in our approach to improve our service to your company, which will result in greater peace of mind for everyone. We are always by your side to offer you the very best of ourselves, our support and the attention of a great team committed to all our clients.
