On June 19th, the Castro family opened the restaurant Andana in Palma, under the direction of Maca de Castro (Michelin-starred chef). The menu includes dishes already popular at their restaurant Jardín in Puerto de Alcudia, such as "Grandma's Eggs," octopus, steak tartare, suckling pig, and oxtail, as well as new dishes and appetizers, creating a gastronomic experience to satisfy any palate.
